RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund. Please see below for more details on our return policy.
RETURNS
· All returns must be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
· Returned items must be in good condition.
· Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of tampering, misuse, or physical damage such as burns, cuts, tears, water damage, or stains.
RETURN PROCESS
Our return process is simple:
- Please email our customer service team at hello@bayzyx.com with your reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return instructions, and pick-up schedule.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item for processing.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a coupon of the same value will be issued for use on your next purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY

However, if you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at hello@bayzyx.com.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and may take up to 15 days to reflect, depending on your card-issuing bank.
